Independent NIR service and support.

We keep scanning-monochromator NIR  instruments running, keep their calibrations performing well, and keep the people operating them competent. The Blue Sun Scientific Phoenix 5000 and 6000, Top Window and Sideloader, along with the FOSS 5000, 6500, and XDS.

An NIR results depends on three things.

A working instrument. A valid calibration. A competent lab. We provide the tools and services to make sure every pillar of your NIR program is functioning optimally.

Our primary platform is the Blue Sun Scientific Phoenix — the 5000 and 6000, in both Top Window and Sideloader configurations. We install, maintain, calibrate, and monitor them.

We work with the FOSS 5000, 6500, and XDS as well. Our technical experts have decades of experience across a wide variety of platforms, and the 5000, 6500, and XDS are now near the end of their hardware life — replacement lamps no longer have a viable source. What we can do for those programs is keep the valuable part working: the calibrations, the validation, and the data behind them, right through to moving them onto a current instrument without losing their history.

All of them share the same core technology and the same ISI/WINISI software lineage, so a lab moving between them keeps the same file formats — and the calibration history it has already built.

How healthy is your NIR program?

Answer a few questions about your NIR grogram and we can help you to understand what's working what isn't, and what we'd do about it.
